Best Masque For Curly Hair?! Help ladiessss.

Hello ladies well I'm lookin for a good masque for my dry curly hair my hair is damage and thin I use to have thick curly hair but from dying/bleaching in my TEEN days these are the results now and even after I gave birth my hair fell out so much and it has never past my shoulders since 3 years ago and I'm fed up I do use Gel but it's specificly for curls and some hairspray bkus if I let my curls end up dry because of the gel so it would be a frizzy/dry curls even when I used DEVACURLS as well and I do somewhats like a soft crunchy feel but I need you ladies help I do take BIOTIN 10,000MG W/ Keratin and I don't know what else I can do to make my hair thicker and longer 😩 HELP LADIES.
