Three weeks ago I was really sick and I couldn't eat at all for six days so I lost about ten lbs. I know it's not a good way to lose weight but now that I have lost it I would like to keep it off in a healthy way.

Make sure you exercise for at least half an hour a day, try to eat healthy foods, if you do eat fun foods keep it in moderation (trust me, depriving yourself will only make you binge on it later), and keep in mind that little things do add up! For example, cutting out soda- or minimizing your soda intake- makes SUCH a huge difference to how you feel and how your body feels. It may be a little change, but it ends up creating such a huge difference. And above all remember this: it is okay to mess up! Don't beat yourself up for having 3 slices of pizza when you know you only really needed 2. Rebound, and try to do better next time. I wish you luck! :)

Oh, and I don't know if this appeals to you, but you could always try going vegetarian or vegan for a month. It's good for you, the environment, and (of course) the animals! :) If not, you should at least avoid red meats, as those arent too healthy for you. If you gotsta have your meat eat chicken!
