So everyone has been telling me to keep my hair as it is and I like the way it is right now but I really really want to change it up. I really want to cut my bangs but I don't know, any ideas?

Try layers then or bangs. Maybe try styling it differently or part it different :)

Try side bangs, they're easy to grow out and they seem like theyd be really flattering(:
