Rimmel Stay Matte and you may also benefit from a good primer to control oil. Many use Garnier BB Cream as a face primer and I've read numerous reviews on how well it helps to control oil.

Mac's blot powder is very good, as is using milk of magnesia before foundation instead. For a cheap one, Rimmel's stay matte is pretty good.

I haven't tried it personally and I'm from the us so I'm not sure but benefit agent zero is an anti shine powder and I've heard only good things!

Careful with milk of magnesia -it works unbelievable well but if you use it for a couple days or nights in a row you're (well my) face gets really red and sore. it's quite acidic so using too much can take off the top layer off your skin and irritate it. it's brilliant though, so I still use it but only for nights out and special occasions.
I use mac's blot powder too. really good with a soft fluffy brush to set make up and I reapply with real techniques retractable kabuki brush during the day after blotting.
Seriously though, get some blotting sheets. the best I've found is £1 from forever 21. It'll just take off the oil and should leave your makeup pigment still on the face. great way to prevent cakey-ness from layers of oil + powder on your face. from there just dust with powder. Doing that usually takes an extra 5 seconds but keeps me from getting oily for about 4 hours after. hope I helped! x
