So, I like experimenting with makeup and sometimes I wear it at school. I really want to wear liquid eyeliner but one problem. Everytime I apply it turns out bad. Can you guys give me suggestions or suggest videos.thanks :-)

I tried liquid for school for a while, and I always ended up putting a weeny little bit on my lash line because I always messed up lol. I switched to using pencil liner, and now it's so much easier! If you want to try stuff like winged liner, you could try gel liner, I heard it's easier than liquid.

Try using a gel liner, it's easier to apply. Also if you need people use sticky tape to create the sharp line you can do that too. Start practising with short strokes and work your way from the middle of the lid to the outer part and then go to the inner part of the lid and continuing short strokes bring it back to where you started, that's just how I do it, others will have their way. Truly practice makes perfect with eyeliner. Also, where are you looking to apply it? Bottom water line, Upper water line or on the lid?

I agree with Shiro the gel liner looks like liquid but is east to apply like pencil!

I use gel liners almost everyday but I absolute love the glossy, sophisticated finish of liquid liner. The way I learned to apply liquid liner is by first applying my liner with a pencil to get the shape I wanted and then going over it with liquid (obviously it takes a bit more time so do this on weekends or those mornings you get up early) and after the first few times you'll be able to pick up the movements all by itself. It's like the pencil is a training wheel for the liquid - once you feel confident you can start to skip the pencil step altogether :)

I love pencil eyeliner so much better! I just put it on an angled brush and it's so much easier for me to use! Another good tip I use is to pull the side of my eye to get a more straight and even line:)

I just started using liquid liner about 4 months ago when school started and it definitely gets easier the more you practice. My advice would be to practice when you don't have school or just make sure you have lots of time in the morning before school.

I feel like the liner you use makes all the difference. I like the revlon colorstay one. It's a marker/felt tip.
