Omg I love ohshc soooooo much! I heard that you can use contouring to make your face more masculine, and there are compression shirts and such. Lol I'm pretty experienced at this since my friend and I like to cosplay together and she's usually the male, even though she's shorter and curvy while I'm tall and thin ;D.

Okay I have been cosplay for 5 years and all crossplays from open shirt to simple suits. To start off for body you need a good binder. DO NOT ever consider using ace bandages they compress your chest the more you breathe and you can crack a rib. I would suggest buying a binder since tamaki doesn't have an open shirt you can buy a 6-8 dollar one off eBay make sure you get the adjustable ones that have closure hooks. They are Asian sizes so size up I have a bust size of 34 and I wear medium to large in the eBay binders. Now moving on to makeup throughout my 8 conventions you get hot and you are normally hugging people and running around so you need a good base. Start off with a primer, I use smash box, than put on a foundation blending a lot set it with powder.than take some matte bronzer contour your jawline and temples and maybe a bit under your cheekbones since tamaki isn't all that manly, after all of that fill in your eyebrows with a blonde eyebrow color to make your eyebrows thicker and lighter since his hair is blonde, than move onto your eyes, I use a thin line of black for more manly characters and I use eye enlarging makeup for my shota characters, than add a tiny bit of mascara and a matte nude lipstick. Bring blotting sheets, bobby pins, extra wig cap, powder, and your bronzer, along with any brushes to touch up just in case. Also bring things like duct tape and a mini sewing kit with you when in costume because it will rip. My organization 13 coat ripped and black duct tape fixed it immediately. Now back to binding, at first it seems uncomfortable and you do not want to breathe using your chest area breathe from your stomach. Try to limit your binding to 8 hours max and give your chest a break. Also you don't want completely flat you want more of a pec type shape. If you have any more questions feel free to ask I know way too much about binding and crossplay. As well as cheap and good quality wig and costume stores (well as cheap as cosplay could be)

Have you looked in the Cosplay.com forums? There are some great resources there about cross-play and binding in particular. There is also a whole section about makeup and such, which may have some pertinent advice as well.
