I use the maybelline age rewind dark circle eraser. works well for me! also I've heard good things about Hard Candy's Glamoflauge. it's supposed to be able to cover tattoos.

I HATE GLAMOFLAUGE!! it creases and rubs Orr easily under my eyes, works great to cover my tattoos but horrible on my under eye circles!!
but we're all different what doesn't work for me may work for someone else.

When getting rid of dark circles under your eyes the concealer has to have an coral, pink, salmon or orange (depends on skin tone) tone to it. These colors will cancel the darkness out.

After you've applied your face primer apply color correcting concealer in a triangular shape from inner corner of eye, down side of nose, diagonal up towards outer corner of eye and across under eye with concealer brush. Blend, Blend, then using your regular concealer shade go over same area with brush, blend, set with powder in a press and roll motion. If the circles are purple go with a yellow correcting concealer, if more brown greenish go with a salmon shade. Hope this helps!
