I think if you use only oatmeal is better it's calming, moisturizing, regenerating mask. But you can mix it with honey. Or yoghurt. I think for you best with honey because of acne. I put a bunch of oatmeal on the tub with warm water and relax for a while. It will leave your skin like baby skin.

Yeah it shouldn't make you breakout it's not greasy. but it may work well with honey, honey is Antiseptic. I've acne prone skin too and oatmeal has never caused me problems. Instead it helps me with dark spots from acne.

Oatmeal and honey for acne for sure! Oatmeal and water will work more as a moisturizing scrub but won't be of an advantage to acne. I like to grind up my oatmeal and mix it with honey and a little water just cuz I don't like the intense thickness that is associated with honey.

I do it twice a week and keep it on for like 15 minutes.

Yeah like 15 min like Lama. But some times a put some oatmeal and some whater and it makes water like thicker. And I use that like moisturizer for all naight or day.

I mean water becomes like slimy. And I use that like moisturizer. I really like how makes my skin feel and take away all redness.
