I don't understand it. They are really cute but the packaging isn't practical at all. After you get down to the point where the sphere is flat, you have to dig your finger in to get the product. Definitely not sanitary. It isn't moisturizing at all, it's way too waxy, and just not worth the hype at all. I do understand that some waxes can be sort of moisturizing but In this case, eos was a flop for me.

I have literally no idea. They don't DO anything. I have a $2 lip balm from Nivea that works 20X better. The texture is waxy, like a sealer, so maybe it works better if you just don't have dry lips? I'm not sure.

It's the packaging.
eos works if you're lips are exfoliated and already moisturized (insert eye roll)
although I like the mint one better then the others I've tried, I only use it when It's all I have in my bag..
I'm in love with the Vaseline intense lip therapy it's only a dollar and change. perfect for me.

I have 11 of them, I love them! They work for me, but I'm a lip balm/chapstick junkie lol. I got four of my friends hooked on them, too, but that's just us. like everything else what works for some doesn't work for all. I do also like nivea :-)

I've always wondered this too! I thought there was something wrong with me because I wasn't seeing any awesome benefits from them, my lips still stay pretty chapped. I do love the packaging though and scents.

Ugh I hate the one I tried. Its fun to fiddle with, but I actually found it easily collected "purse dirt" in the packaging so I threw it out with a quickness. EW. I did not find it hydrating at all, I wouldn't be surprised if it contained Phenol in it!

I got one last summer and I do agree it is pretty overhyped!I prefer baby lips anyday!
