To apply glitter on your eyes? What makes it stay? Do you apply the product before or after you apply shadow?

The too faced glitter insurance I think it's called has worked for me. It doesn't really have a pigment so I apply it on top of my eyeshadow.

Thanks Haley I'll check it out :) and Romano, I have sensitive eyes so I'd rather not use vaseline but thank you!

Use a plastic applicator or even those little sponge ones that everyone throws out- apply it over a product that will grip it- I'm partial to paint pots but I'm sure some other long wearing cream product will work too :)

Please do not use Vaseline. Bad idea.
Too Faced has a glitter glue that works wonderfully, Lime Crime does as well. I have the TF one and I apply it over top of my shadow or eye and then put the glitter on. Lit (sold here on BL) also has a glitter adhesive.

Cool thank you guys! And Erin, I'm with you. Vaseline isn't a good product, and I spend a million years telling women on here that it doesn't make your lashes grow. I know what you mean :)

Eyelash glue, and you would put eyeshadow on first then then glue and glitter.

I love LASplash's eyeshadow base/sealer. I have never used it has either of those bit it has some serious stick to it.
The only con is that you have to work quickly because it dries fast. I usually put a thin layer on, pack the glitter, set it with a mixing medium, then let it dry.
You can find it on Cherry Culture.
