So I have combo skin, so some areas (mostly where my acne is) are dry. and whenever I try and apply concealer in these areas it just looks bad. any suggestions on what I can do? I moisturize before and exfoliate once a week.

I use cetaphil (in Walmart) and it works in me. It controls oily skin and is a moisturizer

What I do is wet down my concealer. I have a Mac concealer in a little pot and I spray my face with setting spray and use a little water on the concealer. Also you may need a good primer that will soften up your skin!

I don't wash my face in the morning! I put coconut oil on and massage it with lukewarm water for a few minutes then rinse with cold water. It moisturizers my face amazingly. & has cleared up my face.
