Pinups are very curvacious and busty so I suggest going with something figure flattering as for hair and makeup I'd go with the classic winged eyeliner/red lip combo and some curls.

Ok don't have a pic, but high waisted shorts with a shirt tucked in would e cute ;) for makeup and hair I agree with Alexis! You could also do a high ponytail with a bump on top and curls in the ponytail ;)

Peplum tops, leggings, high waisted shorts, anything that accentuates your waist or bust.
Red lips, thick winged eyeliner, big curls. I'd suggest looking at Elizabeth Taylor :)
