I need help.. I am looking for a drug store eyeliner for the waterline that doesn't smug or fad quick. Also a drug store medium to full coverage foundation for going out with the girls to a club. Havent done that in a while I am a stay at home Mama so I am a little out of date on things please help if you can..

Don't know if you have a target around but they also sell nyx...I Luke the rimmel exaggerate waterproof eye definer and this one walgreens or cvs or even rite aid sells

All the targets I've gone to doesn't sell NYX they sell NYC. I'm only like 30 min from D.C so I don't live in a small area
