Please explain!
- What is the contouring? Is it a dark foundation?
- Where to highlight?
- Does it go over my foundation?
- Can I still wear blush?
- Do I use a highlight to highlight or a lighter shade foundation?

Contouring is creating a shadow underneath your jaw bone to create a more slim, chiseled look. You hightlight on the top of your brow bone with either powder or liquid ontop of all your other face makeup. And yes still can wear blush

And contouring is like using a bronzer or blush and contour kit. Either one :)

Contour is to give structure to your face
Highlight is to bring attention to that part of the face
To contour you can use a darker foundation/concealer but NO No bronzer there are many threads and Jaqueline and Alma who are experts say a cool tone greyish color is best. Bronzer has shine, also it makes you look like your face is dirty.
It can go over or under your foundation. Powder goes over, cream liquid goes under
Yes you can wear blush
You can use a lighter concealer or foundation. I like to use a shimmery one on top of my cheek bone
