What about trying to treat the acne first? I have the same problem and I started using Origins skin care line. Are you using any treatments?

I would say avoid wearing make up as much as you can until you get the acne under control. Get a facial and some micro done which can help with acne and the scars. As well wear SPF everday as the sun can make people break out. Kat Von D makes a great concealer as does cover fx and Vichy. I would say cover fx and Vichy are thicker where as kat Von d is more of a liquid. I would try cover fx as it covers everything.

Kat von d has some really good reviews. I think you may just need to spend a bit of money for a higher quality product perhaps. is it wearing off or is it just not enough coverage period? try nyx pore filler. its almost like silicone that fills in the spots that need it and acts as a primer as well. its oil based so make sure the rest of your makeup is as well or it will separate.

Oh and try a lightening face mask. that can help with the discoloration. something homemade with lemon juice or they have special face washes at the drugstore.

I had the same problem as you. I used the Tarte amazonian clay foundation and the Tarte concealer. it was a little on the heavier side, but it covered them for me. During that time, I also switched my skincare products - advised by my dermatologist. I switched to Cereve cleanser and Cereve lotion. Since then, my face has remained clear. Hope this helps!

Kat Von D products are best for that! Swear by it. Just a little on pricey side.

I think the bb cream of too sheer for covering up hyperpigmentation. I have some too and I have to use full coverage foundation and concealer.

A BB cream is not meant to conceal all flaws. Like a tinted moisturizer, the coverage would be very light. You need something with full coverage if you want to conceal acne scars. A full coverage concealer I recommend is NYX concealer jar. A full coverage foundation I recommend is the Revlon colour stay.

A BB cream and tinted moisturizers are not meant to cover anything, they have a very light coverage. You want something with full coverage so I recommend Kat Von D Foundation or Estee Lauder Doublewear Foundation.
