I bough one of the knock offs at the drugstore and honestly it's a fraction of the price and just as great. Ulta and Sephora also carry them. I kind of just pat the product into my skin, I know that sounds weird but that's really all there is to it. Think of it as a stippling brush if it helps. (:

I got one here in the UK for 12 pounds, and after instruction by my cosmetology trained cousin I still couldn't work with it. And she couldn't either. My Poundland pack of 12 sponges for a pound work much better.
The BeautyBlender gets dirty really easy and you have to wash it constantly, overall I found my BareEscentuals brushes and Poundland sponges to work much better

I was skeptical for such a long time so I put off buying if. I got the ulta "dupe" (so not a dupe it's horrible), the sonia kashuk one (it's okay), and the soho one (good but not for foundation), and then I gave in and bought the real one in the two pack. I absolutely love it. I should have gotten it a long time ago. All you do is soak it in water and then dab the makeup on evenly. It's amazing for on the go, it's applies flawlessly and if your face feels dull even after moisturizing, it'll hydrate and not streak like a brush. It's honestly worth it.

I got a knock off for about $5 at T.j. Maxx. I love it, you're really just paying for the name, ya know?
Put the foundation on your face (don't rub it in) get it wet and squeeze out the excess water and just kinda bounce it all over your face. You could roll it too. They do get dirty easily but even after 10 uses, it still works great.

I agree with everyone who suggested a knockoff. Beauty Blender is just a name. Other ones from different brands have the same basic concept and you get to save $15. I like the Essence of Beauty one. They have it at Walmart and pretty much any drugstore for $5. T.J. Maxx and Marshall's also have some too :)

I also got a knockoff at T.J. Maxx like Bryanna and I adore mine.
