I currently purchase mine on Ebay through beauty wholesalers the recent purchase I made was disposable lip wands about 100 pieces half the price from other places and disposable mascara wants 100 pieces same half price...

Ebay is great for bulk but I also like Sally Beauty Supply they have great disposable lip, mascara, and shadow wands :)

I got sponges at the dollar store as well as qtips and cotton balls and stuff.
Spatulas, mascara wands at Sallys.
I would use ebay or qosmedix for them though
