I really want to learn how to do my eyebrows like this but not as dramatic.
I looked up countless tutorials but they're all for filling in eyebrows- I don't have any!
Mine fall out so I have absolutely no outline to follow. I also do the lining up the pencil with my eye, pupil and outer edge but they don't have the arch and they look terrible. I really need help because I'm so self conscious about them. Help please. :(

What I do is I take a eye pencil that washes off easily and I make dots on where to start and end my brows. Then I make a dot above the outer rim of the colored part of my eye and put the dot on my eyebrow. This dot should be where the arch happens. Then I just start tweezing but slowly so that I don't go too crazy

Keep using the lining up trick. Start off with just a thin line on where your natural eyebrow is (in terms of the height of where you would want it). Then thicken it a little on the insides and work your way out. You want to make sure that the ends are where it's the thinnest and the insides are the thickest. Keep thickening the inside and working your way out until you've reach your desired thickness. Afterwards, clean up your eyebrows with a concealer. Draw your brows on in the motion of how the hair grows. Also, I would say start with a brow marker and then use a pencil to fill in the little areas where the marker seems too harsh (like the insides of the brow. The market should be most prominent in the tail, where the detailing is the sharpest).

Elf cosmetics has a brow kit that has stencils you can follow. you could buy a pack for a dollar and just use a feathery effect whilst filling in the stencil if you want.

I don't know if it will help, but check out Allison Wilburn on youtube. Here is a link on how she does her eyebrows: http://youtu.be/dPfbzr3ZPFU
She is really blond like me, and I found a lot of help in her vids on how to fill in my brows.. Maybe you can get some inspiration at least.. Best of luck to you!

I would say try different stencils as well and see what works for you. Even if it doesn't follow your natural brows just pluck what's out of line. You could go to an ulta or a place that does brows are well. They can probably help you achieve what you want.
