So Recently I brought two big bottles of Bedhead Shampoo and Conditioner that are supposed to help when it comes to damaged hair --my hair is quite healthy most of the time but I have been using straighteners on stray aways for the past few weeks-- Recently I have felt my hair is getting more Frizzy and I'm worried because I spent a good amount on this shampoo and conditioner and I have now come to realise it may be the issue...anyone know what Bedhead is like? Good? Not so good? Or is my hair just suffering from cold weather? xx

Check the ingredients on the bottles. If you see the words "sodium laurel sulfate," "sodium laureth sulfate" and/or "sodium chloride," then it is likely that the products are the problems. All of those things are sulfates and salts that strip your hair and make it dry and frizzy.
