Eye liner or no eyeliner?

What do you think to eyeliner on the waterline? I can't decide whether I love it or hate it. Personally I feel it makes my eyes look smaller (I have big bluey/green eyes) but what do you guys think? If you have a picture of eyes with/without eyeliner or your favorite eye look post them on here love to see what other people love! Happy new year :D.

I used to put eyeliner on the waterline, and yes it does make your eyes smaller! I wear eyeliner on top of my eyes and it really opens them up.

Using a white liner or peachy colored liner on the water line helps open them more.

It does kind of make yours eyes look smaller but I still like the look as long as you don't have small eyes to begin with I think it looks good.

I only do it when I wear a winged eyeliner (what I do almost every that lol). I think it accentuates the winged look.

I only apply it to my tight line for natural day looks. Nude eyeliner and white eyeliner makes your eyes look bigger. You can put a small amount of dark eyeshadow under the lash line to still give the effect of lined eyes. Very sultry! Haha.

I use black liner on the waterline. Yes it makes your eyes smaller. But also sensual and gives a finished look. But it's not for everyone though.

It honestly depends o your eyeshape. I use it on mine because it flatters mine and it makes my eyes pop but thats not the case for everyone, nude liner is normally more flattering :)

Use white or peach like they suggested. also try gold. even brights or neons.. dark colors will make them look smaller.

I hate the look (on me) of eye liner on the bottom waterline. I like to put it on the top water line. I feel it makes your eye lashes look fuller!!
