How to blend concealer and foundation??

Put on your foundation using what ever you use and then put the concealer under your eyes in a v shape the blend with you're finger or a beauty blender if you have one and then conceal any blemishes or marks and blend like you did before. Pick a color matching your skin for covering and a shade a little lighter than your skin for undereyes to highlight. Woah that was a lot hope I helped:)
