I tried st. Ives and it has made me have 6 pimples at a time. What should I do? Why isn't st. Ives working for me? Also do you have any suggestions for dark spots.

I think maybe you have sensitive skin which is why it's not working for you…try going to a doctor and ask what they would prescribe for you ☺

I've never used it but it might just be to strong and maybe it's irritating your skin I would switch to something more gentle.

St. Ives doesn't work for everyone. The apricot scrub is too harsh for normal use, I use it on my body and very gently on my face but the green tea scrub is fine for me.

One thing you have to remember with acne medicines and remedies is that it usually gets worse before it gets better. And it could just be that it isn't fit for your skin type. Agreed with a Cat C, and Veronica E!

The apricot scrub is very abrasive. So be careful with how much you use it. &if you have sensitive skin you can go for a scrub with smaller, smoother beads. Just look around (sorry I don't have any recommendations :$)

I know this sounds strange but the st. Ives body scrub works amazingly on my skin, I've had skin problems and been on minocycline since I was 11, (I'm 13 now) and it really works well to control oil without drying or stripping my skin. Hope this helps! ;)
