Hun you have to go by what your skin can tolerate that's a cleanser its ment to be used daily but if you no your skin can not take daily exfoliating then you can do it every other day I exfoliate in some form daily but my skin can take it there is no one size fit all in skincare ,

Actually, Megan, a lot of factors can dry skin out...not just Saliciylic acid or Benzoyl Peroxide. Like Traci said...do what your skin can tolerate. everyone's skin reacts different. test it out and see what's best for you.

What Traci said! As usual! I usually exfoliate every other day sometimes more never less. I'd start a 2/3 times a week and go from there

I agree with Traci. Everyone will say exfoliating daily is bad but it really just comes down to what your skin can handle. My skin, like Traci's, can handle almost daily exfoliation even though I have acne. In fact, if I don't exfoliate a good bit my acne is harder to manage. It's all about what you can handle personally :) I think as long as you're moisturizing you'll probably be okay.

I'm with Traci. If you notice some drying then pull back on the amount of days you use it.
