How many lip liners should someone have and in what shade and brand? I don't have a single one at all let alone know what kinds to get and shades.

A must if you wear red lipstick is a red lip liner to prevent feathering and clean up edges, also a nude. Mainly we wear lip liners to outliner our lip shape or define. You can also wear a nude lip liner all over to make color pop or make a nude lipstick last longer.

Revlon has a really great red lip liner. It's called wine. Also very inexpensive!

Totally agree with alexandra..
definitely a red, a nude (skin color or a little lighter) , and a nude that is more brownish nude a bit darker then your lips to add definition.

There are plenty of brands to choose from but it all just depends on how you like it and your price range.. My brownish nude that I love is from Sallys Beauty Supply...
My red lip liner is from M.A.C and so is my light nude..
Go checkout sephora or m.a.c and try some out. (:

Oh... and you can forsure find a great one from target , cvs, etc.. thats less expensive

I love Mac liners but they are pricey so nyx is also one of my favorites.
