I have pretty bad acne, and lets say I won't touch it and make it worse, I still have red scars. How do I cover it? I tried bb cream and its nice but it won't cover it at all.

You'll need a foundation and/or concealer. I suggest kat von d's foundation and concealer because It's really good coverage:3 also, use brushes not your hands so minimal germs will touch your face, also use a primer to help it stay and so the foundation doesn't make direct contact with your skin. Also try and wash your brushes at least once a week or once every other day, this will also prevent germs x

Yes I use hard candy and I think it works so much better to use a brush to apply it. Elf's Complexion Brush works well or a foundation brush, I use this brush from Sephora and I think it works the best so it doesn't look cakey. I also use a primer (rimmel, nyx, and elf are good but I love benefits but it is more expensive).

Find a foundation and cover up labeled sensitive skin, so that it won't further damage your skin, and just make sure that you wash you face every morning and remove your make up every night. Don't wash it twice, it's too harsh on skin.
