How do you apply apply an eyeshadow base?

I recently bought a Maybelline color tattoo eyeshadow base. Should I apply it with my finger? Does it only go on the lid or up to the brow bone? Thanks :)

You could use your finger. I would apply it by tapping it on with my ring finger that way it lays out even.

I do the same with my ring finger I put my eyeshadow base on my lids

Yeah I just use my fingers to apply it

And just put it on your eyelids

Just use your fongers you can go up to the brow bone if you wish.
