I try so hard to tease but it never works.

Maybe try when it hasn't been washed for a day or so?
I think dirtier hair is easier to tease

First you have to HAIRSPRAY your hair, then you tease it, then you hairspray it again ;) The hairspray is what makes it stay ;) I have very healthy silky hair as well, and teasing never stays unless I hairspray it ;) And make sure to tease thinner pieces of hair at a time.!

If reason your hair along with hairspray, try a sculpting powder, I do know Tony&Guy do a sculpting powder :)
