Please share your thoughts! I'm getting my tattoo colored in soon and would love to hear from fellow tattoo lovers for some ideas and inspiration on which colors will look most beautiful. Hoping for bold colors that will still look good with most outfits. Thanks in advance!

(Sorry if this posted twice, it didn't show up after my first attempt.)

Purple & blue would look nice on your skin tone. Maybe even some orange & teal.

It looks like henna almost.. The shading and naturalness looks great without any color honestly.

Do any color your heart desires

@Veronica thanks. It is actually a difficult decision for me to get color because I've had it like this for two years and it goes with anything I wear lol. I'm getting a full side tattoo that is very colorful so I feel like I need to color in the tattoos on the rest of my body so it will all look good and flow together. @ everyone thanks for the advice! I have two butterflies on my foot that I'm coloring purple and blue so I'm wanting to do something different with my arm..I colored this earlier, what do you think?

Beautiful and meaningful. That's what all tattoos should be :)

I think strong pastel colors would look nice like a strong peach and mint.

Wow! Hadn't thought of mint but I'm loving it..Thanks Nectaria :)

Because they are birth month flowers why not do each one in the birth month stone color. Like I am December and turquoise for instance!

That coloured in one is lovely! I love tattoos that have a special meaning, and yours is beautiful :)

Or I actually like @Nicola's idea! Whichever month the flower is, find the birthstone for that month and do each flower in varying shades of the colour of its stone? :)

@Nicola what an awesome idea! I'm so glad you stopped by and shared that thought, I absolutely love it! @Alicia thank you, I'm the same way with tattoos I love the meaning behind them and it just makes the tattoo all the more beautiful. So I looked up the stones and from bottom to top this is what it would be: Ruby, emerald, aquamarine, topaz (I was thinking a light pink since topaz can vary in color). I'm going to draw it out and post a pic!

Okay here it is colored with the birthstones (the chrysanthemum at the top I substituted pink since topaz has various shades.)

I say leave it with no color but it is still pretty with color :)

Aww Sarah as much as I want to leave it as is, I want my side piece more and my body art will look better together if my flowers are colored too. I will miss the classic black :'(

Another reason I would keep it black if it wasn't for my side is that it looks awesome next to my other arm tattoo. Such sacrifices lol

I think some lilac and pink for the bottom flower would look great, red and yellow for the second to last, purple and blue for the 3 to last and orange and yellow for the 4 to last in other words the first onw

I though a peachy colour and a light lilac colour would be nice.
