Ok so I know this is really off topic but I need really good tips on how to lose stomach fat, I have semi formal coming up in march and I want to look good In my dress. Please help!

Cardio. running. sprints will help love handles. fast movements that make you sweat and rais your heart rate are going to work the fastest on your tummy. also, watch what you eat. even if it sounds healthy it may not be. drink A LOT of water every day, stay away from breads and fried foods. eat lots of veggies. those are the things I do :)

Also maybe pick up a detoxifying tea at least 3 days before. this will clean out your intestines and clear your skin and make you feel good. but it will make you poop a lot just as a heads up. OK I'm don't I promise haha :)

I love going to fitness classes such as aerobics, spinning, zumba, circuits and core fitness as they work your whole body. But if I was to work out on my own I would probably go swimming because personally I think it's the best way to work all the muscles in your body at the same time and you lose fat not only around the stomach area but arms and legs too, however it may not be the fastest way to lose fat. Hope that helps :)
