CHELSEA; lol! just use a white cream base like a NYX jumbo milk pencil and a decently pigmented eyeshadow!

KAMMY; Haha thanks! I could care less how color eyeshadow looks on me. I think it's fun so I do it! lol but you can do some cool looks with gloss and neutrals. give a colorful look a try! I dare ya! :)
