Hey girls I've been wanting to make/buy a face scrub for my face lately but don't know how to make them or which ones to get! Leaving some names of good ones or recipes would be very helpful (I have very bad acne btw)

If you have bad acne I don't suggest using them as it may irritate the skin and make it worse, but if they are ok for you then. The st.ives apricot one is really nice and lemon, sugar and honey is great too.

Make: baking soda with just enough water to make a paste
Or uncooked oatmeal and water for a more brightening, gentler scrub

Buy: ocean salt from lush
St Ives apricot (green tea is good too)

Roc daily scrub. It's fine beads aren't super irritating.

And scrubs are actually important for people with blackheads or acne. It's always important to get rid of the dead skin once in a while. If your skin is sensitive, use a gentle scrub more often. If you have blackheads, use a less gentle scrub (ocean salt is kind of harsh, so I only use it once a week)

St. Ives (which I use to love and use) is actually really bad in the long run because it creates micro tears and cuts in the skin. I love using the baking soda and water mixture but it is also supposed to be bad because of the alkaline in it, but I still do it anyways. I don't like using most drugstore scrubs because the beads are to harsh. Clinique is good, Lush, or The Body Shop.
