I make sure to put a base coat on every time you paint your nails... For me this has allowed my nails to naturally grow out stronger and not be weakened by polish

I ws just gn say tht^. My aunt use to rub garlic on her nail and they were really strong and long. good luck!

Leave the garlic in the base coat for 7-10 days. then start applying every day :)

I bought Nailtek from Ulta. Follow the directions. No one wants to smell garlic that much. This stuff saved my nails!!
