Nose strips work for some, not all, but if they work for you, great! I'd also suggest a clay mask or mask like the Body Shop's Tea Tree Mask. Both are great and draw out all the impurities from your skin. :) exfoliation every now and then should also help, it'll remove the top layer of skin and help remove the gunk. I'd recommend any exfoliator that says "deep cleansing."
