Peach concealors. Same color theory as under eye circles. :)

Aww hun don't be. Don't take this wrong but won't a hair removing cream be better? They have some for sensitive faces.

I would consider using a hair removal cream for sensitive skin, it takes a bit more of the hair than shaving!
Invest in a high coverage peachy concealer and a foundation to blend it in!
You are beautiful, and we are all here to help xx

I don't think anything except the peach concealer like sapphire said then foundation and powder. I feel bad you have pcos that has to be hard being a girl and all but if it were me, I'd try my best to save up and get laser hair removal.

Waxing but I know that lazer treatments help this kind of condition. It stops it fully and doesn't grow back..I don't know any makeup suggestions. Maybe a full coverage foundation and concealer?

I think waxing may work better than shaving because waxing takes the hair out from the root. The dark patches are the roots of the hair showing through from where you shave. I have my upper lip (curse if pale skin and dark hair) waxed and eyebrows shaped. It lasts far longer than shaving and the hair growth gets thinner and less frequent over time. But like the others said, peach concealer or concealer designed specifically for disguising dark undereye circles could work :)

What about bleaching it? I really don't know if it will help but worth a try :)

Removing cream doesn't work. I've tried every single one out there. I'm going to look into waxing sometime but we are on a tight budget which is why I haven't done anything yet. Bleaching is okay if it is fine hair but it is not. It is very thick coarse hair so even if bleached it, you could still see it and feel it.

THE HAIR WILL NEVER GROW BACK ( I read) if after you shave it you mix used coffee grinds and baking soda (the box) It. is supposed to destroy the hair follicles and after doing it consistently it will eventually stop growing. Hope it works for you:)
