Hi ladies. How can I control this? Just as they seem to be fading, more return once I am on my menstrual cycle again. Vicious acne cycle! :(

Are you on birth control?

Just take care of your skin really well, use a good cleaning gel twice a day and a mask so now and then. I have a really bad skin myself and recently finished a six week antibiotics cure. Quite heavy but it really helped! I also go to the beautician once a month. Oh yeah and watch out with fattening foods, eat clean!
Hope I could help ;).x

Birth control can really help with hormonal acne.

Also changing your diet, exercise, and finding ways to become less stressful also play a big role in acne. I recommend trying Simple Skincare's gentle gel cleanser, it's very calming to your skin and it shouldn't irritate the acne and make it worse. Also try using witch hazel as a toner. My boyfriend sometimes gets bad acne and he uses African Black Soap which is known to fight acne within as little as 4 days and the best part is, is that it's natural so there's no harsh chemicals in it.

You should be able to buy it at any health food store or you can buy it online on ebay.

I have hormonal acne and the only thing that has helped is being on birth control, cetaphil cleansing wash twice a day and eating clean along with exercise I also drink lemon juice with warm water every morning that has helped my skin with all the red scars left behind.
