Well I know now that St.Ives apricot scrub is bad for your skin.
But is the green tea one also bad? Does it scratch your face too?
I have oily skin and mild acne.

The apricot scrub I use to clean my nose for black heads tbh I don't think its bad as long there's no scrubbing beads.

Scrubbing or over scrubbing is worse for you acne it can irritate it and make it bigger or make you break out.. If your acne isn't that bad just get a regular cleanser..

Seriously, I use the st Ives blemish scrub and I love it! I use it around three times a week and it has helped my skin a lot!! I dot have sensitive skin, but I used to get a lot of blemishes and now I only get one or two every now and again!

As I have recently found out people who tend to have black heads and acne deffiantly need a face scrub, however you need to find one that will work with your skin type.St Ives is pretty good and I get the odd spot now and then.It also can depend on how hard/gentle you are scrubbing.
