I have a dance coming up for Valentine's day and I need a dress.I'm not fat, but I don't like my hips, so I don't like tight tight dresses. Also,I have pimples on my back.. gross,I know. please post pics, and I'm 14, if that helps.

Just go with a skater skirt dress like Bess suggested with a high collar line(: you can find tons of inexpensive and cute ones at Forever 21 if you want I can post pictures for inspiration(:
