Hi! So my eyes water a lot, and I have tried pretty much every stick/pencil liner out there. And the seem to still just kinda slide off. I've done the whole black eyeshadow over it, to set it, it still doesn't work. Any suggestions of eyeliners that stay? Or any other tricks to help it stay?

Do you use it on your waterline, or would you be open to trying to put a thin line on your lower lashline? It doesn't give the same effect, but it's similar. You could also try gel liner, which is what I use. I dip a pencil into the gel to apply it to my waterline, and it lasts very well.

I have one by Stila that I got in a make up kit that didn't even budge when I tried rubbing it off with water. I'm not sure how it would do for your eyes but that's just food for thought.
I used to line my eyes with L'oreal retractable pencil liner and it did a good job at staying.

Go buy the inglot gel liner, that stuff won't budge, doesn't matter how watery or oily your eyes are. It's actually a bit hard to remove. Deff try it, it's only 12 bucks.

Try dusting powder to set it. And I agreed with hannah on the waterline thing. I love Stila eyeliners and L'Oreal Infallible Liner

I use stilla in my water line and it stays like kitty says its even hard to get off. you have about 30 seconds after putting it on to smudge it and after that its stuck.
