Depends. Some people do their whole eyes first then foundation, powder, brows, blush, & contour. Some people do eyes after theirs brows.

blush

then eyes and lips!

5) Set w/ Merle Norman Mineral Foundation (loose powder, to set face)

9) Set with Elf Translucent Powder, just oily spots and under eyes so my liner and mascara sets
