I'm thinking maybe The Balm's Mary Lou Manizer or Benefit's Sun Beam? What do you think? My skin tone is like Rihanna's with yellow undertones. I don't want to spend over 25 on it but still let me know what you think please!

Mary Lou manizer, I love this highlighter! I have a thing for products that have a velvety and smooth texture, not really powdery and this one is soo velvety. I have macs mineral skinfinish in lightscapade and it's more powdery than the balm. I've also kinda been skeptical about benefits liquid highlighters because I'm afraid it's going to dry out like a nail polish does, so I've never really considered getting those. Maybe something to think about but I'm not really sure it will dry out like that. You can test the balm cosmetics out at kolhs. My kolhs down the road sales all their products, maybe yours does 2. You can also test benefits cosmetics out at ulta or sephora if you have one near you. You can sometimes catch the balm products & their highlighter on sale on hautelook.com for $12.
