It's up to you on how big you're willing to make your ears. if you go bigger they won't go back to normal size. so it's what you're willing to do. I have size 7/16 & I don't plan on going larger.

I say nay, the smaller gages in my opinion are cuter :) and I agree with kiyomi your super pretty!
