I am currently employed as a seasonal cashier at Sephora, I am a certified makeup artist, but i have never worked off of commission. I have my third interview with Esstee Lauder in a Nordstroms, it is a full time position for a beauty advisor. I just need help on what job would be best? Sephora is great so far and i love everyone there and there is no pressure to sell, but estee lauder is commission and hourly pay, full time, etc. Is it worth it for the extra money? Also, how should i keep my makeup look? I don't know much about estee lauder, i know more about the brands they own. (bobbi brown, smashbox, and MAC) someone help!!!!

May I suggest two things too you I worked for both companies in management Sephora will educate you on multiple brands Lauder Dept Store you will build a clientele You will need your repeat customer the Lauder Line of Product is Excellent Sephora gets a monthly bonus and pretty secure With Hours
