What do you lovelies use for a basic everyday contour? not a dramatic creamy full face, but as far as bronzed and such? thanks! xox

I stopped using bronzer to contour. I'm actually going to try out several contour and highlight goodies that I received last year. MAC sculpting pan and highlighter, Sleek Cosmetics and another from Make Up For Ever. Bronzer for me has been reduced to its original intended use.

I literally attempted contouring last week for the first time ever...I just used what I had lying around the house (bare minerals warmth and Benefit High Beam), so far I like it, maybe I'll invest in a better bronzer based on everyone else's recommendations :)

I can't for the life of me figure out how to contour with the creams they have. I don't understand it! which makes me sad lol.

For a natural contour for everyday would be the basics, its called Blush that what helps lift the apples of your cheeks and shapes to define your actual shape.other then that when you contour its for structure with a grey tone that pretty much gives the effect of shadowing which in turn when done right will look great.Bronzer does not give any natural contour finish that's a product that goes over for a hint of a sun tan or color for your skin.Never forget the 3's contour (grey tone) blush (your choosing natural lift) and bronzer (just for a sun kiss appearance which sun directly hits the skin) bronzer is always optional if you choose to use over for color, not for use of contouring its a complete different product for another use and when used for contour its a harsh look. :-)

I guess since I'm using bronzer, what I'm doing isn't technically contouring...but I'll give it another go when I get the right product.

Alma...the grey contour is new to me...where does one find the right product for that?

Hannah finally other makeup brands are now jumping on the real bandwagon of sculpting kits which was a very rare item carried and only a selected few actually carried sculpting kits, but now you can find them at sephora, Anastasia has one that basically is all you need in one Kit, that was a smart move on her part because most just come in 1 or 2 set. don't be scammed by lower cost brands that still claim to carry sculpting or contour kits but are actually bronze and blush sold together. Each Kit will have a grey tone color to help mimic (shadowing) I always say this to help ladies remember the correct coloring, Think peter pan! Find your shadow lol

Alma you know how to blow a girls mind at 4:50 am. I remember in my makeup classes learning about all this but I swear it felt like it was going over my head.
Ok one must sleep now lol. Goodnight everyone x

I use blush. I know I've seen a few videos using a bronzer to contour, it's not as bold as using some of those creams/kits. I was wondering what brands people liked to use. Day p. thanks for the channel..will check it out!

Or maybe bronzer looks more natural on me when I contour my cheeks because I'm a little darker-toned? so I don't end up looking like a crazy clown lol ;) thanks Alma.
