Use concealer!
And then add the gloss/stick you wanted! (:
Or try a more fluid foundation, maybe that will work too! (:
Try it! (:

I'm very fair with very pigmented lips (mine are nearly burgundy) Nudes tend to look horrendous on me, the only think I've found is using a sheer pink toned gloss on top, to apply the nude lipstick sheerly without a defined edge and to make sure it isn't just a nude, it has to be a pink-nude. Also, matte nudes tend to wash me out a lot. Hopefully one of these would work for you too :)

My lips are naturally highly pigmented and completely nude colors wash me out , so I use mauve nude because they usually have brown or pinky undertones that create a nude look for my lips. Based on how nude I want it, I'll mix colors or use a lighter lip liner under, but I helps to find a "nude" color close to your natural lip color but lighter. Concealer nude lips don't work for everyone lol.

It's ok I still check all my old ones. I love doing this look now. I use my elf matte lip color in coral, its very nude though. Then I use my milani crystal gloss, I don't know then color but its a sheer pink, looks so good.
