For what? I'd suggest Mac Pro Longwear for under eyes, Kat Von D for spots, Revlon Photoready for spots.

Maybelline age rewind concealer is amazing it's light weight affordable and because it's not drying it doesn't crease which is a plus if you don't have really bad under eye circles
Hard candy glamoflauge is also a good coverage affordable heavy duty concealer a little goes a long way

Depends on what type of coverage you're looking for and what you're covering. Amazing Cosmetics Amazing Concealer and Hard Candy Glamofauge are great. Maybelline Fit Me seems to be a fave.
