Try and use a good primer on your Eye that will help the eyeshadow adhere better to your eye

Maybe don't use so much on the brush at once, and make sure it's blended very well. Another thing is use concealer before you put the eye shadow on it will hold better! Hope I helped!:)

When you put on eyeshadow use a primer and before even putting the eyeshadow on top of the primer tap of the excess on the brush.

Before putting on foundation and all that stuff on your face do your eye makeup first and put a loose highlight powder under your eye so when the black eye shadow falls you can just brush it away!

I don't like the elf one just because its awkward to hold, good concept though. Tape works really well, and sometimes when I do crazy glitter looks, I take a kleenex and just tape right underneath to prevent getting makeup all over my face. Fan brushes can help because it can dust away the fallout verses rubbing it into your face

Put some loose powder under your eye, when it's done you can brush away the fall out. (:

Use a shadow shield! they help so much. also for any fall outs that happen from time to time get like a makeup removing pen, so you can just erase where you messed up.
