I'm going dramatic(: and I work at a Tea Parlor lol we have themed tea parties where all the servers and hostesses dress up as characters for that theme and all these little girls come in dressed up. Its beyond adorable and awesome(:

A long green dress with curly hair. Add a head band with petals sticking off it in all directions. For your makeup you could do the same lip color as the petals with circle type blush.
