It doesn't really look like a smokey eye, just remember that smokey normally means dark, rich colors, and a graduation of them. Start with dark on your lid, a midtone in your crease, and the lightest under your brow. Also, in my own opinion, smokey eyes should be matte or satin, but not shimmery or sparkly :) see if Jacqueline answers, she gives great smokey eye tips and advice.

Love the colors very pretty and natural but this is not a smokey eye a smokey eyes is always dark and fades to light starting from the lash line, if you really want to learn this technique I would suggest trying to find jaqueline in here.
