I did this look last night the camera flash threw off the colors a little bit but you always want a light color of your choice on the inner eye lid to the mid section and then get any dark color of your choice and apply it on the bottom of your eye lip working your way up to the crease then start applying a little to the top mid as well don't over do it. then get your blending brush a blend... and a tip put tape on the corned of your eye if you want that pointy sharp look and another tip put loose powder on the bottom of your eyes so the dark shadow won't drop and smudge

You basically want to have the darkest color (typically black) on the lid and it should become lighter towards your brow bone. Here is my take on the smokey eye. First I primed my lids to get maximum color payoff. Next I ran a very tan brown through my crease messily. I thickly lined my lash line with a black liner then smudged it a bit around my lid. I added a black shadow on top of the whole lid to darker it and create a more even look. I then slowly began to blend up in to the crease. I didn't add anymore black shadow so it became a lighter/smokier black in the crease. I added a bit of a sparkly brown atop the smokey crease to add some definition. I highlighted my brow bone and a bit in the inner corner. I then dragged down some black shadow with a pencil brush to even out the look. I then tightlined and Waterlined my eyes with a dark black kohl pencil. I added false lashes and was good to go! Definitely took loads of practice and there is lots of fallout but you will get it in time 😉❤️

If you a beginner it would be best to learn the blending tricks and skills a smokey eye needs and stay away from the black eye a shadows and replace the dark tone with a dark brown :) once you get the had of it then you can start using the dark rich black tones :)
