I am finding it really hard getting rid of my tummy fat from when I was pregnant 7 months ago and it's so frustrating having it! I currently workout when I get the chance in the mornings but wanted some ideas or tips on what to do? Also how do I look after my hair the right way because washing all the time is too time consuming.

Omg what gives you energy to wake up so early? I had my son a year ago and I am still so tired and omg kudos to you keep up the good work! I wish I had the energy to even try to work out! I don't even have energy to cook sometime! You should be proud! But yoga works the ones for your core and cardio and use dry shampoo it works wonders!

Work out blues? I have them too. My son plays BB and now I have found a great way to stay active, when he wants to go to the gym which is often. I put my sneakers on and go with him...buddy system works to keep motivated. I shampoo my hair once a week using Diva by Cindy moisture and Detangler system. Quick process of shampooing and styling 😄

Try a cleanse. That seems to work for me. I wouldn't recommend it if you are breast feeding. Cleanses seemed to jump start the weight loss for me. Afterwards you need physical exercises to keep losing the weight.

You can do as much core work as you like but if there is a layer of fat over the top you won't see definition.
Try some high intensity interval training, so go hard for 20 secs for example then rest for 10, x 8 over. That's called a tabata. There are some really good apps which will time you. Try to do exercises which use several muscle like burpees, star jumps, squat jumps. 10-15 will be effective in the morning :)

Try a Squeem!! There's a Squeem waist clincher or a Squeem vest... I have the vest just because it squeezes my whole back as well as my tummy muscles. It's really bomb. And you can work out in them or just wear them around the house or under clothes. Whichever. But yeah.. A Squeem will have you a flat tummy with a tiny waist! Bomb!
